Hi,

i've just update my license from individual to pro. i didn't have any problem in individual license, buat now all collaborator became view only.

I've try set as Editor - can share, editor - cannot share and Admin, seems nothing works.

did i miss something?

Sheets owned by Pro Plan users can only be edited by licensed users within that account. In order for your collaborators to edit this particular sheet, you would either need to upgrade your account to Business or Enterprise, or the collaborator would need to be a licensed user on your Pro Plan.

We are actively working to add messaging that clarifies this restriction for our members.
