These dates are coming from our ERP system imported via Data Shuttle, having trouble getting Smartsheet to recognize them as dates, when I try to use them in formula its always an invalid data type.
If I switch the column to text/number then back to date it recognizes them, but that's a manual process I don't want to do every time Data Shuttle uploads a new file.

I’ve never used Data Shuttle, but does it allow you to specify the field type when you’re running the import?

Unfortunately there is not a way to specify.
