Information Coming from Two Sources

Hello, Smartsheet Control Center Group!

I want to ask a question regarding auto-filling out a cell coming from two sources. Either from the intake sheet or the project plan. The receiving sheet is the metadata sheet. Currently, it will only work if the information is coming from the intake sheet. Please help.

We have an intake sheet and a project plan. I want to capture the information, whether it's in the project plan or the intake sheet. It should save in the Metadata sheet and then will push the information in our Portfolio Rollup sheet. Let me know if my explanation makes sense.
