Blank Rows Affecting Automation Criteria
The blank rows that are automatically added with each entry from my form are miss triggering email alerts because those blank rows don't meet the criteria tied to my alert. If I delete the blank rows I don't have issues. Can I stop the blank rows from being added or is there another way to setup my condition.

You could add a Condition that says where Complete is not checked and Item is not blank.

I would add in another criteria in the same Condition Block that simply says where Item is not Blank. I see you marked his response as not answering your question, can you clarify why?
