How to count the number of Flagged rows

Hi, I'm trying to count the number of rows on my sheet summary that are flagged on my sheet it seems my formula is not working it gives #INVALID DATA TYPE error

Below is the formula :

=COUNTIF(TBD:TBD, @cell)

The name of the column is TBD as seen on the screenshot below :

Try something like this.

=COUNTIF(TBD:TBD, 1)
