Customized form submission message and workspace messaging
I was curious if there was a way in Smartsheet to have an automated email response when the form is completed ? Also is there a way to set up in the workspace a simple click process or work /automation logic so that from the workspace you can just go in and have a message sent to specific individuals ? I have a smartsheet that I had set up so that the individuals would be using that to request time off and seeing if those might be possible ? That way as opposed to having to craft an email each time to an individual you can simply click from the workspace to have them receive a message.

Everything you mention is possible with workflows that monitor conditions in the sheet and generate action accordingly.
