Basic Functionality Challenges
Hello! I have the Business level license but to date have been unable to share any workspaces or sheets or upload any documents (regardless of type) to any sheets or rows within worksheets. I've been using Smartsheet for years so know my way around the platform and how it's supposed to work.
When trying to share a workspace, regardless of the number of collaborators, I get an error message that says they are having trouble contacting Smartsheet, however I am logged in and everything else is working. When trying to upload a document (regardless of type or size) it thinks for a bit, looks like it is attaching, then the attachment disappears and is not attached.
Any tips or tricks to troubleshoot what might be the issue? Thank you so much!

I have tried several times. The email addresses I'm given through their support page and from their automated responses do not work (Smartsheet has apparently stopped using them but yet the automated responses from the chat bot come from them) and I'm directed to either the community or their how-to-guides. It's a bit frustrating as I've touted how wonderful the platform is, and now I can't do 1/2 of things that I know it can do and am paying for.

Thank you so much! I will give this a try. The support options are more expansive for Enterprise license holders than Business/Pro license holders, but I would still think the links and such should be valid.
