SmartSheet Saving and Data Available for Report but Blank When Reopened?
I have a sheet with two different accounts now that has this issue. Once was with data typed in and manually created and the other was from an imported Excel sheet. I fixed the first one by creating a new sheet and redoing it all manually, it works now. But the second one, even in a new sheet will not save the data? Anyone else having this?
How can we fix this to save rework? I created a ticket but no response and I was going to schedule a call but its a couple of weeks before I can get one and I need to complete this task now.

To clarify - the report shows you data, but the sheet is blank?
Is the report based on that sheet and only on that sheet?

Correct, it pulls the data that was in the sheet. That data is only on that sheet but there are other sheets pulling in other data to the report.
