Global update to multi select column

Hello, is there a way to use global updates (within control centre) to update columns that include multi select drop downs? Currently it will allow me to update single select drop down columns but not any columns that have multi select. Thank you

We don't currently support Global Updates on Multi-select Columns (Dropdown/Contact Lists), but you may submit an Enhancement Request via this form for our Product Team to consider for development. We appreciate your input!

just to followup, there is nothing in help articles indicating that it would be a problem. i only found out after provisioning 1000+ projects and realizing its going to be an issue down the road.

This is a huge problem! One of the main benefits of Control Center is the ability to make global updates, but this limitation excludes what I would imagine is a pretty heavily used column type.
