Project automation - Parent complete alerts

I am looking to get project alerts for when a Parent is complete to notify the next parent its your turn.

I have helper fields but the last section I need help with is to copy contacts from the assigned to a helper assigned to on the same row.

Any ideas? or other ideas on how I could do this?

Is there a way to use the prodessessors or the Gant?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

Yes, there probably is a way to use the predecessors, but it can get quite advanced.
