Hi - I'm a first time user and have chosen to use marketing template set, but the instructions don't seem match the drop down options available to me, so I'm stuck before I've even had chance to get going - any advice? Is there a chat option where I can get advice directly?

What are you trying to do? What isn't working?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I'm literally just starting the set up using marketing template set and following instructions, but I don't get this dropdown per the instructions, ie I don't get "Workspace" as an option as indicated below...
