Changing the "master" email used to manage my licence

Hi,

I want to change the master email (email1) I used to manage my licence.

When I try to edit my profile and to add another email (email2), I receive an error because I already create an account with email2 in the past. I cancell the account email2 but it seems that it is not 100% deleted.
