Remove "Viewer" from Provisioning Process

See screenshot below. Anyone know how to remove a "Viewer" from the provisioning process so they are no longer included in provisioned plans? This person is no longer an employee. Screenshot from the Control Center area.

These contacts are set in the Blueprint for that project. You will want to go to Manage Program first, before creating a new project:

Then select the Blueprint and navigate all the way to the end tab (clicking "Next") until Permissions and Sharing. If you're a Primary Lead or Admin, you should see an x next to the emails:
