I am leaving the company but my license will still be active.

What happens after I leave the current company but they want to keep my license active? Can it be transferred over to a new user within my current company ?

Yes, the system admin will first want to make sure that any items you own are transferred to another user. Then they can deactivate your account. The license will then become available to grant to another user.

If they feel more comfortable they can also remove the license from you and grant it to another user before deactivating your account as well. Either way though they will want to make sure that they reassign any owned items first.

k, unfortunately looks like all my owned sheets will need to be transferred to another user before I leave. How do I do that, please?
