Question on update requests via automation

I want to setup a recurring update request for team members to complete a form and update a new row in a sheet. What is happening now is that the form being sent via email is pre-populated with data from the sheet - where I want them to always get a blank form and use the automation to update the sheet.

Any suggestions?

Hello!

Based on your description, I wouldn't use the Update Request automation, but rather use the recurring message automation with a link to the form included in the message. You can only request an update on existing rows, to my knowledge.
