Comments are great for conversations. How do we resolve one?

Comments are great for a detaled discussion on some aspect of the Smartsheet, but at some point the discussion in resolved and we want to put it away, but not necessarily lose the detail of the discussion. In Google docs we are able to resolve a comment by archiving it, but it can be reviewed again if needed.

If this feature doesn't exist in Smartsheet now can I request that it be added.

There isn't a way to archive a comment on a row so that it no longer appears but is still accessible. You can submit your feedback and request by filling out this form, here!

You could potentially delete the comment; then if you have a Business or Enterprise plan the deletion would be recorded in the Activity Log of the sheet, if that helps.
