Pulling information based on dropdown selection

I'm pulling information from 1 sheet into another to be used as a dashboard reference and i'm having trouble with a formula.. I need to collect names if "awarded" is selected in a separate column's drop-down. Is there a way to do this?

I might be misunderstanding the issue you are trying to resolve, but would creating a report on this information be helpful and allow you to filter on names where "awarded" is selected? Then this report could be pulled into the dashboard.
