How do delete your response to a smart sheet?

I uploaded the wrong file to a smart sheet that was sent to me to be filled out and I want to know if I can delete that initial response or if my new response will override the first response? I accidentally uploaded a personal work document to a school smart sheet and I am afraid to contact the school about the filled-out response. Any suggestions on how to delete that first response?

You would need to reach out to whoever has access to edit the sheet and have them delete the old entry and then you would fill in the new entry/form submittal.
