Collaborators Issues

I am the owner of the account and have given access to some of my collaborators (ADMIN and EDITING ACCESS) but for some reason they cannot edit the sheets.... and no one from Smartsheet is assisting me with this as i have paid for a subscription

Editing permissions on a sheet will depend on what type of plan you have, and if these extra collaborators are on that same plan or not.

If you are a on a Pro Plan, external collaborators that are not members of your plan will have View-only access to your sheet, regardless of the sharing level provided.
