Task spanning multiple sprints
Hello,
I am using the Jira to Smartsheet connector to pull Issues into a Smartsheet. I have tasks and stories that span multiple sprints in scenarios when it is not completed in the original sprint. Jira's Sprint Report shows all the sprints that the story or task was assigned to. The Jira to Smartsheet connector is only pulling the sprint where the story or task was completed. This results in not being able to represent a story or task that was assigned to a sprint, but not completed in that sprint. Thanks for your support!

The Smartsheet JIRA connector works on an issues basis versus a sprint basis, as you've found. I don't believe there's a way to map all past Sprints associated with the Issue - please submit your feedback and request to the Product team through this form, here!
