How to set the automation to trigger when status column in all rows are "Closed"

I am using Smartsheet for inventory stock count, and want to trigger an approval when staus column in all rows are "Closed", and then the approver could approve the whole sheet in just one step. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, but we'd need to add a so-called helper column with a formula that checks if all are marked Closed.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I've share a sample sheet with you, and the scenario is as follows:

1. When a new row added, a workflow is triggered to Request an Update to Assignee
2. Assignee updated the row and change the status to Closed
3. When status in all rows are "Closed", an Approval Workflow is triggered to a specific people for a final approval of the whole sheet.

Please show me how to implement the Step 3, thanks.
