Duplicating sheets deleting certain columns and team distribution via viewer mode

All,

Thank you for your time. I am trying to accomplish a few things simultaneously:

1. I have a master account sheet that I want to send out to the rest of my team but I want to do it in the following way:
2. Send them a duplicate sheet with certain financial columns omitted
3. As I update the master sheet, the sheet that is sent to the team via a workflow will also get updated.
4. Auto send the sheet to the team in viewer mode.

You could create a report based on the master sheet and then set up (within the report) to have it sent on a recurring basis as a PDF.
