Automating Reports to Pick Up New Projects

When we have a manager assigned to a project in our project intake sheet I would like our portfolio reports to add those new projects automatically.

Where I would like automation to occur:

So when a manager is assigned to a project I would like that project to automagically populate into the portfolio reports, below it would change from 10-11 without me having to go do it manually. Then repeat this for each report.
