Automating Reports to Pick Up New Projects
When we have a manager assigned to a project in our project intake sheet I would like our portfolio reports to add those new projects automatically.

Where I would like automation to occur:
So when a manager is assigned to a project I would like that project to automagically populate into the portfolio reports, below it would change from 10-11 without me having to go do it manually. Then repeat this for each report.

If you select the workspace itself that the projects are residing in as the basis for your report, it will automatically pick up on new sheets added to the workspace. Since it looks like all of the sheets are named the same, you can include an additional filter on the report to only pull sheet names that contain "Project Metadata"
