Setting up a color for a progress bar inside task bar

The Gantt chart allows to set the color for the task bar - either conditionally or explicitly (thru color settings).

But it seems I cannot set the color of the little progress bar inside the task bar - it seems follow the color set for the bar itself, just brighter.

If the bar itself uses bright color, the contrast is minimal and it is hard to see the progress visually.

Even with contrast color choices, the progress line inside the task bar is hard to see when exported to PDF (especially single page PDF that I regularly share with the client for weekly progress review).

I would like to set the specific color - let's say green - for the progress line.

I would also have ability to change the progress line color - as opposed to the entire task bar color - in conditional formatting rules.

Is it possible?

BTW, I don't know if this is a bug or by design but in mobile apps (both on android and iOS) the progress line is displayed in the darker shade of the bar color as opposed to lighter shade used in the browser version and for exports.
