Smartsheet Form and Salesforce Connector

We are collecting data using a web form in Smartsheet for open activities and logging calls/meetings. I need a way to get the Salesforce Record ID into this sheet so that it will send this information Salesforce. Ideas? VLOOKUP formula? It's around 200 ID's.

@Amanda King Where does this record ID live now? How would it be matched uniquely to the incoming rows from the form?

(Regardless of the answers, don't use vlookup. Depending on the answer, use Index or Match or Collect in some combination.)

I have the record ID in another sheet. I am collecting the site name that could be used for the unique match. I've considered Index but in my head it seems like a massive formula.
