Cannot Start Collaborating

Hello,

I received an email saying "(coworker) has invited you to join the (name) Smartsheet account as a licensed user so you can create and share sheets, dashboards, and more!"

I clicked accept and was brought to my account homepage, but I still do not have access to the smartsheet to start collaborating. Can someone please help? I've searched all around the site and cannot find a solution.

    Sounds like they created your user account with a user license assigned. This only gives you access to Smartsheet itself. The owner of the workspaces, sheets, reports or dashboards that you need access to will also need to Share those with you in order for you to be able to collaborate on them.
