Can document builder be used in the ipad app?

It appears to me that the ability to generate documents is only possible from the web version of smartsheets and that the ipad app can not generate a document.

I would like for my field technicians to be able to generate a customer form for signature on their ipads.

You are correct, Document Builder is only available on the web version of Smartsheet and is not currently available via the Mobile app. Please let the Product team know about your use-case and feedback by filling in this form, here.

You could use a Workflow combined with the Generate Document Action. It could be a checkbox or similar, triggering and creating the Document in the background.
