I want to automate a checkbox called "Recently Updated" to go to unchecked after 7 days

I want to automate a checkbox called "Recently Updated" to go to unchecked 7 days after it is checked. Anyone ever done this?

Is the checkbox column checked manually by someone updating the row? If so, I would add another helper column next to it where you can set a Record a Date workflow. When the box is checked, Record the Date. (See Set the Current Date with Record a Date Action)

Then you can set up a Change Cell workflow based on that Date column to say that after 1 week, clear the checkbox.
