Automation Workflow

Hi, Can someone help me create an automation workflow that will automatically move data from the current sheet to another when it's more than 12months?

    I build this automation for a claims tracking sheet. It's based on the creation date of the claim, which is setup as a Auto-Number/System column for Created (Date). I think a similar automation would work for you, just change the Condition to 365 days. If you specifically need it by months, you might need to build a helper column to calculate the number of months.
