Automation stopped sending alerts to shared collaborators

What would cause and automation to not send out alerts to collaborators shared to sheet?

If the collaborators are shared to your sheet (as I can see in the second picture) then this error message is unexpected behaviour. Is it possible they were only shared recently? If so, I would suggest logging out of Smartsheet then logging in again, then create the workflow or duplicate the current workflow.
