Salesforce Connector Question
I recently began using the Salesforce connector in smartsheet. My connector is setup to allow read/write to both smartsheet and salesforce. One issue I am having though is I am able to bring over the Case Comments on a service request but the field is called Last Case Comment. I can tell it is a two way read/write field.
The information comes over from Salesforce but if I put a new case comment in that field it will not create the comment in Salesforce. The only way I can get a comment to write to Salesforce is if I use the additional comments section.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible you have multiple fields with the same Field Label? If so, only one will be available in the "add fields" dropdown options and could be the cause of the issue you're seeing.
If there is only one field with this label, I would recommend reaching out to Support with screen captures of your full set-up, workflow, and sheet. They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
Cheers,
Genevieve

@Genevieve P. I do not, all fields are different. The issue is that this one field is not writing back to smartsheet.
