Formula to calculate checkboxes per row?

I have a smartsheet that is currently used to track assignments to staff members. Data is input via a form, those rows are added to the bottom of sheet and I have columns with formulas that track how many assignments each person gets and of what "type".

What I would like to do but haven't figured out how: each row has a "Completed" checkbox, I would like to add a column that calculates how many rows are marked "Complete" for each staff member. I don't want it to subtract the number from their totals (as we are tracking how many they complete) but a formula that could check how many are completed for each staff and display that number seperately. Any help would be appreciated!

Try using a COUNTIFS with your criterion range being the column containing the checkbox, and the criteria =1 (0=blank, 1=checked), and validating by each staff member.
