Final step in Automation 'Alert someone' is not working?
The second/third step in my automation process is not working? It doesn't ask for when to alert so I would assume it is instant? The 'Admin Team Member' is not getting notified? Does it matter that in my test sample it is the same person as the approver?

It shouldn't matter that in your test you have the same Contact for the Approver and the Team Member. However since the last action block is an Alert, are you testing with your own Contact as the Team Member?
If so, check your personal Notification preferences in Smartsheet. You'll want to ensure that the box is checked at the bottom that says "include my changes in sheet Notifications".
If this is un-checked, since you were the person to trigger that alert, then Smartsheet would have filtered it out as not needing to be sent. Does that make sense?
Let me know if this was the issue or not!
Cheers,
Genevieve

Ummmm,
The workflow should run when triggered - i.e. as directed in the first box of the automation.
I assume your running a test where you have contacts listed by a title but all with the same email? That shouldn't matter.
Cant see why it wouldn't run, any chance you can share a screenshot of the whole workflow?
Cheers,
Adam.

Thanks Adam, I thought the same thing yes, I used the same email address and received all the other notifications in the workflow except the last one? The only difference was the the first two were approvals and the last one was a notification of the final approval.
