Delete a Project from the Smartsheet Projects list
I want to delete a project from the Projects list in the Smartsheet. Kindly please help me with this.

From the PDF you provided, it looks like you're referring to the list of Jira Projects that shows up in the drop-down menu when you're setting up a new Workflow in the Jira Connector.
If you're looking to remove Jira Projects from the options to choose from, then there currently isn't a way to do this. The Connector will automatically surface all of the possible Projects that you may want to select.
However, if you're looking to remove a Jira Project from a current workflow that you already created, you will need to create a new workflow to exclude this Project. (See point 4 under "Create a New Workflow" in this article: Smartsheet for Jira: Creating and Editing Synchronization Workflows.)
