Dynamic View Access "Denied" for 3 of 13 users of a Smartsheet group

Hi all,

I created a dynamic view of a Smartsheet and shared it with a Smartsheet group. There is no restriction or filter restriction setting.

The source sheet is (and should) not shared with this Smartsheet group.

The Smartsheet group has 13 members.

10 of them have no access problems.

3 of them could not access, they only see this:

Why?

And how can I (?) fix this?

Have you confirmed that those three users are added to the group AND they are logged in using the email address that is associated to them in the group?

Hi,

Yes I can confirm that email addresses of the 3 users are setup correctly (same in Account and Group).

But I think their accounts are not associated to my company because they are getting now this Popup Window:
