how to I create an automation to create a new card in card view (or new row in grid view) every week

I want to set up a automation to create a new Card in a certain Lane every week. Of course I would like there to be certain text in the new card. Thanks for any guidance.

The way I would do this is to have a second, helper sheet stored somewhere in Smartsheet with the text you want for that new row each week.

Then you can set up a Copy Row automation on this helper sheet so that it copies the row, including the correct text and lane, to the new sheet once a week.
