Dates vanishing in seconds

I have a master spreadsheet in which there are few projects with start and dates I already entered earlier. When I am trying to enter start and end dates to some of the other projects/rows today, the date I am entering immediately vanishing though there are no predecessors or dependencies to that particular task and also after changing the project status too. A ticket has also been raised but I am in the need of an immediate response.

Please help me at the earliest in this,

Do you have any Automations and/or Conditional Formatting in place on the sheet?

Yes Paul, I do have below Automation set earlier.

Those look like they are both alerts. Are there any others? What about Conditional Formatting?

Those are the only two under Automation(alerts), nothing inside conditional formatting at all as per below.

Is this happening in any other sheet or is it happening in any other cell(s) within this same sheet?

Do you have other users that are experiencing the same issue (or could test it to see fi they are)?

Have you tried using it in other browsers and had the same results?

There are totally 186 rows in the sheet I am using and this problem is being seen only from rows 130 to 164 unfortunately, in rest all rows I am able to put the start/end dates. Hence, I did applied "Format Painter" to those particular rows and it didn't even work.

This is happening with our entire team for those rows from 130 to 164. We tested the same in other sheets we have but not these many rows as 186, it did worked.

I just now tried on Firefox too, but no luck Paul.

Ok. It sounds like there may be a bug in this sheet then. Unfortunately we are going to have to wait to see what support says.
