Hi,

I would like to create a form that would allow users to sign up for training on a certain date on time. However, I need to limit availability for time slots and I also need persons to see which sessions are available.

Hey Tsega,

Forms tend to be a one-way workflow. Meaning there isn't really a way to eliminate an option based on previous submissions. The only option I can think of is not using a form but instead publishing a sheet that is editable to the public and once the information is entered in a row, it becomes locked though an automation process. You could also move the row to another sheet if privacy is an issue. You would need a row for every option available.
