Why are the hyperlinks pointing to a pubished and shared report not working?
My boss who is the admin/owner of the Smartsheet account has created several reports. She published and created the QR codes and links associated with the published reports on "read only" to Smartsheet and non-Smartsheet users.
The links are not working at all. It is showing a message that says:
"Your action did not complete successfully. Try again shortly and if the problem continues, visit www.smartsheet.com/gethelp."
I have tried to share the hyperlinks to non-smartsheet users and they all get the same info. I am a smartsheet user but I am also getting the same info when clicking on the link. please help.

We were recently experiencing an issue with Published links - our team has implemented a fix and this should be resolved, now! See the Smartsheet Status page for more information: https://status.smartsheet.com/
