Unable to save my already created file as"New" with already created notifications.

Unable to save my already created file as"New" with already created notifications.It gives me message that contact smartsheet support.Not sure what to do.

  • Yes I have contacted them but did not received any response till now . I am attaching the screen shot of the error which I received while I created the copy of sheet along with notification. Please help!!! it is urgent. I have to create 10 projects with similar notifications

    I agree that contacting Support is the best way to proceed here; it will be helpful if you can provide them with the following information:

    • Original Sheet URL / Name
    • Screen capture of the error (as above)
    • Screen capture of your "Manage Workflows" tab open
    • If using Incognito or another Browser helps
    • If anyone else shared to the sheet can Save as New without an error
