Can someone please help me with a more timely way to reach support. When I did get a response they just sent the info that was on their support forum. I am not sure why someone would go through the trouble of contacting them if that would fix the issue. We have had Smartsheet's over a year and this has been the biggest issue so far. I find it crazy that when you are spending over $6k a year you have to wait several days for support. Extremely Frustrated! Hopefully someone can help with this.
