I cannot copy data across sheets

Hello,

I am trying to copy rows from one sheet to another.

Everyday, because smartsheet cannot upload excel data directly into an existing smartsheet, I upload the data into a new sheet and copy the data across into a sheet which has a datamesh config. However, every time I select the rows i want to copy across --> row actions --> move/copy to another sheet, i always get the same "sorry, we are having trouble reaching smartsheet" message. I will always need to copy across a minimum of 2000 rows, is there a solution?

I don't have much experience with datamesh but you can copy/paste up to 500 rows at a time from Excel into Smartsheet.

Thank you, but my process is such that I will be uploading excel data daily, often with 5000 cells, and so to copy 500 rows across at a time is simply to time consuming and inconvenient. Instead, I was wondering why when using the row actions --> move/copy to another sheet, it would present a loading screen and ultimately show the same trouble shooting message.
