Notify someone

Hello,

I have a sheet that is updated on a daily basis using the "comment" feature. I have a manager who needs to be able to see the line items that are not updated that week. Since the only field that is being used in the sheet by the user is the comment bubble, how would you notify the manager?

The way I would do this is to set up a Record a Date workflow, so that whenever a comment is added to a row it updates a Date Column in your sheet:

Then you can either create a Filter on the sheet based on the Date Column not being Today, or create a Report.

You can also set up another Alert/Notification workflow to send the manager a Daily email with all the rows that don't have Today's Date:
