Smartsheets as replacement for jira _ software dev

Hi Everyone

Question: Are there any plans to enable smartsheets to be used within a multi functional software dev team?, Specifically, allowing rich stories/cards (multi media, a good amount of text, flexible formatting, easy creation/adaption)?

Smartsheets seems to work great for task management / planning but doesn't seem to fit with our software dev needs as well.

We know there is a Jira plug in, but the cost is an issue, and it would be great to have a streamlined, one product approach, joining up the software dev team, and the wider organisation (who are using smartsheets for lighter content tasks)
