Countif formula
I am trying to add a qualifier to an existing COUNTIF formula so that I can make my survey results more granular. Everything from the COUNTIF on was working fine, but I'm not sure the best way to incorporate State into the formula. Any thoughts?

You will want to use the COUNTIFS function. Here's information on it: https://help.smartsheet.com/function/countifs
Basically, it will count based on two (or more) criteria instead of just one.
