Smartsheet not allowing users in Team to access

Our organisation uses Teams and Smartsheets heavily. We share Smartsheets internally and with clients on a regular basis. I am currently trying to share a smartsheet and allow editing (to only internal users). When created integration I ticked Editable by all.

I initially just linked to teams, then added unique users etc but keep coming up with various errors. Example below.

Any ideas why I am unable to share?

What Access Control did you specify for the specific Publish Sheet URL?

Even if you select "Edit by Anyone", you'll want to adjust the Access Control to be Available to anyone as well, so that it can be accessed through Teams without requiring a login.

Thank you for sharing a screenshot of the error you are receiving. That error message indicates that your Smartsheet plan's System Admin may have configured controls on what type of items can be published whether it be viewed by anyone or users in the same Smartsheet plan.

Reach out to your System Admin to get this configured. To find out who your System Admin is, click on your profile picture at the bottom-left corner. From there, click "Plan Info..." which will direct you to a window that has information regarding your account. The Main Contact & Contact Email is your System Admin's information.
