Sheet randomly wiped all data

I have been actively working in a sheet and suddenly all data was wiped. All columns and rows are as if I just started a brand new sheet. Activity log shows the creation of the sheet but doesn't show any of the activity. Wanting to cry over here because hours were spent creating and working on this sheet... Anyone experienced this before? Anything I can do to recover the data from the sheet?

Do you or your admin have backups set in the workspace?
