How do I remove my email from the tag line?
Hello,
I have created workflow to approve certain requests but i noticed that my e-mail is included in the tag line of the approved email that gets sent to users. This is pictured below where it is says "changes made by...." and includes my e-mail address.
How can I remove this as I do not want persons to have access to my address?

Holly is correct, but it's actually the other setting you would need to select: "Include Message Only".
This will remove the "Changes Made By" line at the bottom so your email address will not be a part of the message at all. See: Customize the content of your alerts and requests
You can still include row data inside the written message by using Placeholders in your text, like so:
"Your Request {{D Number}} for {{Date Requested}} in Term {{Term}} has been {{Request Status}}."
See: Dynamically Add Cell Data in the Subject and Body of Request Messages

Genevieve

You can edit which fields get emailed from within the automation settings by selecting "Specific Fields" within the action portion of the message. It shows all columns by default.

Thank you Holly but it's not information from a column as I did specify what columns I wanted shown when I set up the message.
Smartsheet included my e-mail in the footer of the e-mail where it says "changes made by sleonora@aucmed.edu". When I approve the workflow and the message is sent with my specified columns, SmartSheet shows my e-mail address in the footer of the e-mail automatically. I do not want persons to see my personal work e-mail address when I approve forms. I was trying to see if it's possible for that to be removed.

@Genevieve P. Thank you for your suggestion! It worked!

Hi! This feedback works for removing the in message email address, but the reply to line is still showing the individuals email address. Any way to remove this from the reply to line?

No, currently the "reply to" is either based on the account that triggered the alert or the sheet owner. This ensures that if anyone replies to the email it is seen by your team. You can read more about the behaviour in this Help Article: Overview of Automated Notifications Sent via Smartsheet
