Formstack - Smartsheet Integration Issues

Unfortunately, I use a program called Formstack to integrate form responses to Smartsheet. For the past 3 weeks, we have been dealing with 3 failed tokens on all of our forms. This is caused countless hours of having to remap forms. We even changed wording of questions so they would automap. Now, I know this is a Formstack issue, but what could cause the Error 404: Not Found after I select the "Open Field Mapping" button? The sheet to map to has been selected. Formstack support will get back to us in two days.
Meanwhile, is there an agreement between Formstack and Smartsheet that is being cancelled? Do the programs not jive anymore?
I would also like to explore alternatives to Formstack. If any have any good options, please post below.

We've been experiencing the same issues, though it's come to a head this week. On Monday I had to re-allow access (refreshing my login to Smartsheet in Formstack, basically), then I removed and re-added the integration. It worked then. But today I'm seeing the Error 404 messages and nothing is working now. It's super frustrating!

I've also been dealing with the same issues. I also did all of the resetting I could do, and even tried to connect to other smartsheets but are still getting the same error.
I reached out to Formstack and this was their reply:
"To be honest, that isn't an error we commonly get questions about. We are limited to determining where this is coming from since the error is pulled directly from Smartsheet's end we are only displaying it but we'll see what we can do.
Upon further checking, it looks like it has something to do with Contact columns.

I would also recommend reaching out to Smartsheet to see what they recommend or why that error could appear.

Not super helpful in my opinion. But if anyone has insights on Contact columns let me know. I doubt it, but just wanted to double check and put it out there.

One of the admin on the board mentioned: Smartsheet access tokens expire after approximately 7 days; to resolve this, Formstack will need to implement the "Refresh an Access Token" logic documented here: https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/#refresh-an-access-token to their integration so that access tokens do not expire.
I would recommend reaching out to Formstack support with this URL link and information along with screen captures of the errors you are receiving.

I'm also experiencing this a new 404 error and my integrations with formstack/smartsheet are no longer working.
I recently experienced the 400 token expired error you mentioned, but re-logging in seemed to resolve it.

I experienced the 400 token expired error but am prevented from logging back in. When I select the login to Smartsheet button, it takes me to the Formstack dashboard. Has anyone solved that issue?
