Record a cell on the first of the month

I'm looking to record a cell on the first of the month for a report at the beginning of next month.

All of my data can change Dailey based on what was done throughout the month or year. As you can see the Scheduled E for 2022 has the current running values.

The way I have it now by the end of the month when the report will email if everything is complete their is nothing scheduled because it is complete Scheduled column E 2021.

Is there any way to record January 2022 E column to F at the beginning of the month so it wont update after that or am I looking at this wrong.

Of course you guys are amazing, and I really love what can be accomplished with the Smartsheet tool and looking forward to progress and automation. 🤓
